Here is a showcase of the event programs where a new king got crowned each year. Anyone interested in collecting these programs will have to be persistent, as these are hard to come by these days.
1985
Note: since the early events went off without a lot of fan fare, it is assumed the program was just an issue of the monthly WWF Program with a match sheet. I have pictured the issue that would best correlate to the event date.

Note: I have not seen any programs from 1998 though from 1999 to 2002 I assume it was the "$5.00" live event version of the WWF/WWE Magazine with a match sheet. In 2006, 2008 and 2010 I assume the generic roster program was sold at the arena. I cannot confirm if a match sheet was included.
